Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef lean
1 package (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce divided

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl, mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs, and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Shape into loaf in 13×9-inch greased baking dish.
Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F.
