Starbucks-Like Frappuccino Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Espresso
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2-1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Pectin Optional
- Add sugar to espresso; still until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill and serve cold.
Pectin can be found in the canning section of your grocery store and is used to thicken the drink. Unflavored gelatin can also be used as a substitute. I think the drink is just fine without adding either, so I leave them out.
